Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection. Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was on our part.Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
· The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
· The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
· You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Items Not Eligible for Return
· Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
· Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
· Personal care items or underwear, due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
1. Contact UsEmail us at cmujtaba057@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0313-5653810 within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).2. Approval & InstructionsOnce approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the ItemShip the item to the given address in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Inspection & Refund/ExchangeAfter receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5–7 business days.

· In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.
